JUST ROAD is a road hazard reporting app operated by Island Business Solutions, Nassau, The Bahamas. Contact: clydeana@ibsolutionsb.com.
Account details: your name, email address, and driver's licence and/or National Insurance (NIB) number, used to verify that reports come from real drivers.
Location: GPS position while mapping is on, and the location attached to each report. Mapping turns off automatically after 30 minutes without movement, and you can pause it at any time.
Photos: pictures you take of road issues. Each photo is checked to make sure it is a genuine, unaltered camera photo.
Assistant chats: messages you send to the road assistant, saved so you can return to them.
To create, rank and send road issue reports to HQ and the relevant road authorities.
To use AI to describe issues, estimate severity and answer your questions. AI processing happens on secure servers; we do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Reports (description, photo, location and status) are shared with HQ and road authorities. Your identity number is never shown to other drivers.
Camera: to photograph road issues. Location: to pin hazards and monitor trips. You can deny or revoke these in your device settings.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, reports, photos and chats.
Data is stored encrypted on secure servers with access controls. We keep data only while your account is active, or as required by law.
